About My Fantasy Farm, LLC
Every little girls dream is to have a horse, right? Well, in 1994, Kirk made that dream come true when he bought Joanne and Jenna their very first horse as a surprise. His name was R. Omega Witez and he was a Polish Arabian. "Buz" as he was called was a true gentleman when he wanted to be and took Jenna over many jumps, although not always at the same time. Joanne enjoyed riding "Buz" western and Kirk enjoyed taking him trail riding and galloping across the open fields. "Buz" lived out his life at the farm and was laid to rest in June, 2009.
Next up was Jenna's first show horse, an American Saddlebred named, My Fantasy V.L. (Formerly Bartlett's Quotation). Ah, now do you see where the farm name came from? "Fancy" was Jenna's first show horse and she was a Christmas Gift in 1996. Together Jenna and "Fancy" showed on the "A" circuit in Park, Show Pleasure and Equitation classes. Once "Fancy" was retired from showing, she enjoyed rides at home and had the very first foal born on the farm, who was named, Brett Favre. Fancy passed away 2 months shy of her 30th birthday in December, 2010.
Really Rosie, another American Saddlebred, joined the show in March of 1998. "Rosie" and Jenna also competed on the "A" circuit in 3-Gaited, Equitation, Show Pleasure and Pleasure Equitation classes. They qualified for all of the Pleasure Equitation Finals numerous times and absolutely loved it. "Rosie" still resides at the farm and begs for all the treats and attention she can get.
Jenna's first time on a horse was when she was only 18 months old and that was the start of a lifelong passion. Throughout the years, Jenna has ridden with Lisa Strickland, Dave & Sarah Patton, Terri Anne Ullman and also worked for Andy & Lynda Freseth at Hollow Haven Farm, Ltd.
Kirk had his own horse when he was a teenager and made sure he passed his love, knowledge and appreciation onto Jenna. My Fantasy Farm, LLC was built entirely by Kirk. Every block, stall bar and every stall door was built by him. What an amazing talent!! If you have ever noticed the unique wood that the barn and stall doors are built from, just ask Kirk and he will be happy to share the history! Here's a hint, does anyone remember the Anston Bridge?

Kirk started his career as an exceptionally talented Mason and had his own Masonry business for 24 years. Now he enjoys doing Forestry work, restoring old trucks and making some of the most beautiful hay you've ever laid eyes on.
Joanne enjoys taking care of the lawn, maintaining her flower gardens and spoiling everyone here - 4 legged and 2 legged!
